COLORS

All colors vary with the printing process. Must specify PMS colors for each imprinting. Standard vinyl and frame colors are included in the price. Custom vinyl and frame colors available for an additional charge.

ARTWORK

Camera-ready, color separated artwork is required. EPS Illustrator format preferred. If file conversion is requested for artwork, an additional charge may apply. A completed illustration form is required with every Say-It-On-A-Seat order.

EMBROIDERY

All pricing and products depicted are for vinyl materials with silk screening. Embroidery is available on all models in vinyl or fabric at custom prices determined on a case-by-case basis. Call for pricing.

SET UP CHARGES

Folding Chairs, Task Chair and Stools: $110(V) set-up for the first color/location. Additional color/location running charges: $5(R) plus addtional color location set-up of $70(V). Stadium Seats: $50(V) for two color imprint on seat back. For additional colors on the seat back, add $2(R)running charge pluse additional color set-up of $50(V) For imprint on the seat, inquire about pricing PowerBands: $35(V) set-up for full color imprint. For personalization and/or individual copy, add $2(R) per copy change Reorder: Set-up charges apply to each re-order

MINIMUM ORDERS

Pricing page minimums are absolute minimums.

SALES SAMPLES

Free virtual samples are available for all items. Say-It-On-A-Seat is please to provide random and speculative samples for review. Please contact customer service for pricing and details.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS

Pre-production proofs are run for each multiple color imprint order at no additional charge. Single color imprint orders can be approved via virtual sample at no additional charge. Proofs must be approved prior to order fabrication.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Any change to an order after proof is produced will incur a $80(V) change order fee. Cancellation of an order is subject to costs incurred up to cancellation. All changes in orders must be made in writing and acknowledged by manufacturer.

PRODUCTION TIME

Unless otherwise specified, normal production is 20 working days after proof approval. Pre-production proofs are furnished within 10 working days after receipt of complete order, acceptable artwork and PMS color selections. Virtual proofs are furnished within 3 working days after receipt of the complete order. Rush shipments may be produced in 10 working days (subject to factory availability) for an additional charge.

SHIPPING

All orders are FOB factory in Illinois. Orders will be shipped via UPS or common carrier unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped in standard packaging. Individual packaging is available. Expedited shipping available upon request for an additional charge. Drop shipments to multiple locations incur an additional $5(V) per location.

WARRANTY

All folding chair and stool frames are warranted for 12 years from initial shipment date; stadium seats are warranted for 3 years. Meridian line is warranted for 5 years and to be free and clear of defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not apply to upholstery, feet or damage due to abuse, misuse or alterations to products.
